We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and experienced Social Media Manager to join our vibrant marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in social media marketing, with a deep understanding of different social media platforms and their respective participants. You should possess excellent writing and communication skills, and be able to craft engaging content that resonates with our target audiences. 

As a Social Media Manager, you will be expected to collaborate with other teams such as marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure a cohesive brand voice and message. We are looking for someone creative, innovative, and able to use social media to drive our brand’s message and values. If you are a tech-savvy professional with experience in social media, PR, or branding, and you are passionate about connecting with current and future customers, we would love to meet you.

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
  • Define the most important social media KPIs.
  • Manage and oversee social media content.
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.
  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams.
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
  • Proven working experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and other social media best practices.
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs.
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing.
  • Excellent multitasking skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player.
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
