As a Front Desk Executive, you will play a crucial role in setting the tone for the office environment and ensuring efficient operations at our reception area. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. 

You will be responsible for managing front desk activities, including answering phone calls, greeting guests, and handling a variety of administrative tasks. We are looking for someone who can maintain a calm and welcoming presence, handle inquiries with professionalism, and manage office logistics effectively.   • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office, ensuring a positive visitor experience.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
  • Manage the scheduling of meeting rooms and coordinate front-desk activities, including distribution of correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (e.g., monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
  • Perform clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Keep the reception area tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers).
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Customer service attitude.
